Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Butter squash Peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 onion Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
