  • 250 g Chorizo sausage Casing removed and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs Beaten
  • 8 Tortillas Corn or flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Lime Cut into wedges
