  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the omelette
  • 1 Spatula For flipping the omelette

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ham Diced
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper Diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion Diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter For cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Saute onions and green bell peppers until soft.
  • Add diced ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sauteed vegetables and ham in the skillet.
