  • 1 Frying pan For cooking the eggs
  • 1 Spatula For scrambling the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Black beans Cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 4 Flour tortillas Large size
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until fully cooked.
  • Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  • Assemble the burritos by layering scrambled eggs, black beans, shredded cheese, and salsa on each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to form a burrito.
  • Serve the burritos hot, optionally garnished with extra salsa or avocado slices.
