- 2 Eggs Lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Bell peppers Chopped
- 1/4 cup Spinach Fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
- 2 tbsp Butter Softened
- to taste Salt and pepper
