- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 medium Onion Finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato Chopped
- 1 small Green chili Finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder Adjust based on spice preference
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped, for garnish
- 4 slices Bread Preferably whole wheat or multigrain
- as needed Butter For toasting
