Tips to make the Egg-Paneer Bhurji recipe:
1. Fresh Paneer: For the best taste and texture, try using fresh paneer. You can find it in most Indian grocery stores, or you can make it at home with milk and lemon juice. Fresh paneer tends to crumble well and absorbs the flavors beautifully.

2. Spice Balance: The key to a flavorful bhurji is balancing the spices. Use a mix of cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder, but adjust the quantities to suit your taste preferences. If you prefer a milder dish, reduce the amount of chili powder.
3. Sauté Onions Well: When preparing the bhurji, make sure to sauté the onions until they are golden brown. This step enhances the overall flavor of the dish and provides a lovely depth to the seasoning.
4. Garnish Generously: Fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves not only add a burst of color but also bring a refreshing taste to your bhurji. Sprinkle some on top just before serving for an extra pop of flavor.
