If you’re craving a hearty and delectable meal that combines the best of meat and eggs, Egg-Stuffed Meatloaf is the ideal dinner choice. This unique twist on the traditional meatloaf incorporates whole boiled eggs, creating a visually appealing and protein-packed dish. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions, this meatloaf is both flavorful and satisfying.

Tips to make the Egg-Stuffed Meatloaf recipe:

1. Use Quality Ground Meat: Opt for ground beef with a bit of fat content for moisture or a mix of beef and pork for added flavor. Lean meat can make the meatloaf dry.

2. Pre-Boil the Eggs: Make sure to boil the eggs ahead of time and let them cool. This ensures they are firm and easy to handle when stuffing the meatloaf.

3. Don’t Overmix the Meat: Mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, onions, and seasonings until just combined. Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough.

4. Shape Carefully: Shape half of your meat mixture into a loaf, create a trench for the eggs, place the boiled eggs in a row, and cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges well.

5. Use a Meat Thermometer: To ensure your meatloaf is cooked through but not overdone, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (70°C).

6. Let it Rest: Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes after baking. This helps the juices redistribute, making each slice juicy and flavorful.
