  • 2 Whole-wheat pita bread Use gluten-free if preferred
  • 4 Eggs Boiled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Hummus Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 Cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato Sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
