Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Eggs Separated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour Sifted
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Raisins Optional
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • for dusting Powdered sugar
