- 2 cups Rice Short-grain, cooked
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 sheets Seaweed Nori
- 1 Carrot Julienned and sautéed
- 5 Eggs Beaten and cooked into a thin omelette, sliced into strips
- 5 Pickled radish Danmuji, sliced into strips
- 200 g Beef Cooked and thinly sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
Instructions
- Mix cooked rice with sesame oil and salt. Let it cool.
- Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo mat, shiny side down.
