Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water Cold
  • 1 Egg Lightly beaten
  • 100 g Assorted seafood Such as shrimp, squid, and mussels
  • 5 stalks Green onions Cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For frying
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, water, and egg to create a batter.
  • Add the seafood, green onions, salt, and pepper to the batter, and mix well.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a pancake.
  • Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through, another 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from the skillet and slice into wedges. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
