- 2 Dried anchovies Large, for broth
- 1 Kelp Piece, roughly 4-inch square
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce For seasoning
- to taste Salt
- 400 g Somyeon (thin wheat noodles)
- 1 Carrot Julienned
- 1 Zucchini Julienned
- 2 Eggs Beaten and fried, cut into thin strips
- 4 Green onions Chopped
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add dried anchovies and kelp, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove anchovies and kelp, add soy sauce and salt to taste.
