  • 1 Large skillet For stir-frying the squid

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Squid Cleaned and sliced into rings
  • 1 onion Onion Sliced
  • 1 bell pepper Bell pepper Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  • Add onions and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
