Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup White rice
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced Assorted colors
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
