  • 1 Loaf pan 9x5 inches
  • 1 Mixing bowls
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree Canned or homemade
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs Large, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until well combined.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
