  • 1 Mixing bowl For mixing the filling ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry Thawed
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 Eggs Plus 1 for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives Chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
