  • 1 Oven Preheated to 375°F (190°C)
  • 1 Muffin tin For baking the pies

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Sausage meat
  • 4 Eggs Beaten, reserve a little for brushing
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry Thawed if frozen

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into circles large enough to line the muffin tin cups.
  • Line each cup of the muffin tin with the pastry circles, pressing gently into the edges.
  • In a bowl, mix the sausage meat, 3 beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spoon the sausage mixture into each pastry-lined muffin cup.
  • Brush the reserved beaten egg over the exposed pastry edges.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is cooked through.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
