  • 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the crepes
  • 1 Whisk For beating the eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
