Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 1/4 cup Milk Or cream for extra richness
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Smoked salmon Sliced into strips
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chives Chopped, for garnish
