- 1 Large Pot For boiling shrimp
- 1 Mixing Bowl For preparing the salad
Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp Cooked and peeled
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
- 1 cup Hard-boiled eggs Sliced
- 1 cup Avocado Cubed
- 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
