Tips to make the Soft Pretzels recipe:

2. Knead the Dough Well: Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes. Proper kneading ensures that the pretzels have the right chewiness once baked.

3. Baking Soda Bath: Before baking, briefly dip the pretzels in a baking soda bath. This step gives the pretzels their iconic chewy crust and deep golden color. Use 1/4 cup of baking soda for every 4 cups of water.

4. Use Coarse Salt: Topping the pretzels with coarse salt before baking enhances their flavor. If you prefer a sweeter option, consider using cinnamon sugar instead.
