- 1 lb Fresh spinach Blanched, drained, and chopped
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar, Gruyère, or a mix
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg Optional
