  • 1 Skillet For sautéing the spinach
  • 1 Baking dish For baking the chicken
  • 1 Oven Preheated to 375°F (190°C)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Butterflied
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked spinach, crumbled feta, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stuff each butterflied chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
