Tips to make the Spinach and Mushroom Frittata recipe:
1. Saute Vegetables First: To ensure the vegetables are perfectly cooked and free from excess moisture, saute the mushrooms until they’re golden and then add the spinach just long enough for it to wilt. This step enhances their flavors and prevents the frittata from becoming soggy.

2. Use Fresh Eggs: For the fluffiest and most flavorful frittata, use the freshest eggs you can find. Fresh eggs not only taste better but they also help the frittata to rise better while baking.
3. Season Well: Don’t forget to season the egg mixture with salt, pepper, and any of your favorite herbs. This will ensure your frittata is full of flavor. A pinch of nutmeg can also add a unique depth to the dish.
4. Cheese for Creaminess: Add some grated cheese like cheddar, mozzarella, or even feta to the egg mixture for an extra creamy texture and delicious taste. The cheese adds another layer of flavor and makes the frittata even more satisfying.
5. Let it Set: Once out of the oven, let the frittata sit for a few minutes. This allows it to set and makes it easier to slice, ensuring you get perfect pieces every time.
