  • 1 Knife For hollowing out zucchinis

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Zucchinis Medium-sized
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
