  • 800 g Tomatoes Ripe and chopped
  • 1 onion Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth Low-sodium
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper
