- 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs
- 1 Knife For slicing avocado

- 2 large Eggs Beaten
- 1 medium Avocado Sliced
- 4 slices Turkey Preferably oven-roasted
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas
- to taste Salt and pepper
- as needed Hot sauce or salsa Optional
