  • 1 Hand mixer or whisk For beating the egg mixture
  • 1 Coffee maker or Vietnamese coffee filter For brewing the coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Strong brewed coffee Vietnamese coffee preferred
  • 2 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Egg yolks Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee using a coffee maker or a Vietnamese coffee filter.
  • Pour the brewed coffee into serving cups and stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
  • Gently spoon the egg mixture on top of the coffee.
  • Serve immediately while warm, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon.
