- 1 Mixing Bowl For preparing the batter
- 1 Whisk For mixing the ingredients
- 1 Muffin tin For baking the Yorkshire Puddings
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Eggs Large
- 1 cup All-purpose flour Sifted
- 1 cup Milk Whole milk or semi-skimmed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For greasing the muffin tin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the flour and salt, whisking until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk, continuing to whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour a little oil into each well of a muffin tin and place it in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until the oil is hot.
- Carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven and quickly pour the batter into the hot oil, filling each well about halfway.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings have puffed up and turned golden brown.
