Tips to make the Korean Tteokbokki with Boiled Eggs recipe:

2. Use a High-Quality Gochujang: The flavor of the dish heavily depends on the gochujang (Korean chili paste) used. Opt for a high-quality gochujang for a rich, authentic taste. Adjust the amount based on your spice tolerance.

3. Boil Eggs to Desired Doneness: Whether you prefer soft or hard-boiled eggs, cook them to your liking. Soft-boiled eggs add a creamy texture that contrasts well with the chewy rice cakes.

4. Adjust Sweetness and Heat: Tteokbokki is known for its balance of sweet and spicy flavors. Feel free to adjust the sugar and gochujang ratio to suit your palate. Adding a bit of soy sauce can also enhance the umami flavor.

5. Garnish for Extra Flavor: Garnish your Tteokbokki with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for an added layer of flavor and a pop of color. This simple addition elevates the dish, making it even more appetizing.
