- 1 Non-stick skillet For cooking the eggs and vegetables
- 1 Spatula For stirring the eggs
Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Spinach Fresh
- 1 small Tomato Diced
- 1/4 cup Red onion Finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 large Whole wheat wraps
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and tomatoes, and sauté until soft.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until cooked through.
