We have been using these at my house, and a very similar Korean version for years, and we still have them from 10+ years ago. I highly recommend taking a look, and they are often on sale!
2. Don’t Overcook the Eggs: Scramble the eggs until they are just set. Overcooking can make them dry and less creamy. Cooking them on medium-low heat will give you perfectly moist and fluffy eggs.
3. Warm the Tortilla: Heating the tortilla in a pan for a few seconds on each side before assembling your wrap can make it more pliable and easier to roll without breaking.
4. Add Fresh Herbs: Incorporate fresh herbs like dill, chives, or parsley into your wrap. These herbs complement the smoked salmon and add an extra layer of flavor.
5. Prep Ingredients Ahead of Time: If you’re in a hurry, you can prep your veggies and scramble your eggs beforehand. Store everything in airtight containers in the refrigerator, then assemble your wrap quickly when ready to eat.
This Smoked Salmon Egg Wrap is a deliciously simple recipe that you can easily customize to suit your taste. Enjoy it at any time of day!
