- 1 Skillet For cooking chicken and eggs
- 1 Whisk For scrambling eggs
Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas Large size
- 300 g Chicken tenders Cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Eggs Large, beaten
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt To taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper To taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken tenders, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface, layer with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, scrambled eggs, crispy chicken, and cheddar cheese.
