Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions
