  • 1 Oven-safe baking dish For baking the dish
  • 1 Mixing bowl For mixing ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper Ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease the baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir in spinach and half of the cheese into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
