  • 1 Mixing bowl For mixing the batter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs Separated
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
