Tips to make the Corned Beef Hash with Poached Eggs recipe:

2. Perfect Your Poaching Technique: For poached eggs with a runny yolk and firm whites, ensure your water is barely simmering, and add a splash of vinegar to help the whites coagulate faster. Use fresh eggs for the best shape.
3. Crisp the Hash Well: Allow the hash to form a nice, crispy crust by cooking it undisturbed in a good-quality, heavy-bottomed pan. This adds a delightful texture contrast to the soft eggs.
4. Season Well: Corned beef hash benefits greatly from generous seasoning. Aside from salt and pepper, consider adding a pinch of paprika or a dash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
5. Serve Immediately: To enjoy the contrasting textures and temperatures, serve the dish immediately after the eggs are poached to perfection. Top with fresh herbs like parsley for a splash of color and freshness.
