- 6 slices Bacon Chopped
- 2 large Leeks Sliced and cleaned
- 5 large Eggs Beaten
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 cup Grated cheese Cheddar or Gruyere
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cold butter Cubed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Cold water Adjust as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough and fit into a pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
