  • 6 Slices of ham Thinly sliced
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1/4 cup Diced bell peppers Any color
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped chives For garnish

Instructions
