Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tomato Sliced
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • 2 Whole wheat burger buns
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
