  • 1 Saucepan For boiling eggs
  • 1 Mixing bowl For making egg salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs Boiled
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise Preferably Japanese mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 4 slices White bread Crusts removed
  • 1 tsp Butter Softened

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  • Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  • Peel the boiled eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
