Mini egg cookies Recipe

If you are craving a sweet and delightful treat, these Mini Egg Cookies are the perfect choice. Packed with colorful mini chocolate eggs, buttery cookie dough, and a touch of vanilla, they’re a festive and delicious snack that is simple and quick to make. Whether you’re preparing for a special occasion or just want a fun baking project, these cookies will surely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Tips to Make the Mini Egg Cookies Recipe:

1. Use Room Temperature Ingredients: For the best texture and consistency, make sure your butter and eggs are at room temperature before mixing. This helps the ingredients blend more evenly.

2. Crush the Mini Eggs Carefully: To get a mix of whole and crushed mini eggs in your cookies, gently crush some of the mini eggs with the back of a spoon. This will create a delightful combination of crunchy and melty chocolate bits.

3. Don’t Overmix the Dough: Once you add the flour to the mixture, mix just until combined. Overmixing can lead to tough cookies instead of soft and chewy ones.

4. Chill the Dough: For thicker and chewier cookies, chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before baking. This helps the dough firm up and prevents the cookies from spreading too much.

5. Bake Until Edges are Golden: Remove the cookies from the oven when the edges are just starting to turn golden brown. They may look slightly undercooked in the center, but they will continue to set as they cool, giving you perfectly soft and gooey cookies.
