Shrimp Ceviche Recipe

If you’re in the mood for a fresh and tangy dish, Shrimp Ceviche is your perfect pick. This delightful seafood treat is made with fresh shrimp, citrus juice, and vibrant veggies. It’s a light, flavorful dish that’s fantastic as an appetizer or a refreshing main course. Whether you’re hosting a summer party or craving a taste of coastal cuisine, Shrimp Ceviche is a satisfying choice for any occasion.

Tips to make the Shrimp Ceviche recipe:

1. Use Fresh Shrimp: Freshness is key when making ceviche. Choose fresh, high-quality shrimp for the best flavor and texture. If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are fully thawed before use.

2. Pre-Cook the Shrimp: If you prefer a cooked dish or are concerned about raw seafood, consider quickly boiling the shrimp for a minute before combining them with the citrus marinade. This step doesn’t compromise flavor and gives peace of mind.

3. Choose Fresh Citrus: Use freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice for the marinade. Avoid bottled juices, as fresh citrus juice lends a more authentic and vibrant flavor to the ceviche.

4. Keep It Cool: After mixing the shrimp with the marinade and veggies, refrigerate the ceviche before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully and ensures the dish is served crisp and cool.
