  • 1 Mixing Bowl For combining ingredients
  • 1 Pot For boiling eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Smoked salmon Sliced
  • 4 Eggs Hard-boiled and chopped
  • 2 cups Mixed greens Lettuce, spinach, arugula
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs in a pot for 10 minutes. Once done, peel and chop them.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, smoked salmon, and chopped eggs.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
