- 1 Mixing Bowl For combining ingredients
- 1 Pot For boiling eggs
Ingredients
- 200 g Smoked salmon Sliced
- 4 Eggs Hard-boiled and chopped
- 2 cups Mixed greens Lettuce, spinach, arugula
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 1/4 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cucumber Diced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil eggs in a pot for 10 minutes. Once done, peel and chop them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, smoked salmon, and chopped eggs.
