If you are looking for a delicious and healthy lunch or dinner option, this Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad is a must-try. Combining the rich flavor of smoked salmon with the creamy goodness of hard-boiled eggs, this salad offers a variety of textures and tastes that will satisfy your cravings. Perfect for a quick meal or a fancy brunch, this dish is both nutritious and easy to prepare.

Tips to Make the Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad Recipe:

1. Quality Ingredients: Use high-quality smoked salmon and fresh eggs for the best flavor. The dish relies on the taste of its simple ingredients, so quality makes a big difference.

2. Perfectly Boiled Eggs: Make sure to hard-boil your eggs to perfection. Place them in a pot of water, bring it to a boil, then let them simmer for about 9-12 minutes. Cool them immediately in ice water to stop the cooking process and make peeling easier.

3. Fresh Herbs: Add fresh dill or chives for an extra burst of flavor. Fresh herbs not only add color but also enhance the taste of the salad.

4. Balanced Dressing: A simple dressing made from olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper complements the rich flavors of the salmon and eggs. Adjust the amounts to suit your taste.

5. Assembling the Salad: Layer the smoked salmon, sliced eggs, mixed greens, and any additional veggies you like such as cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices. Drizzle the dressing just before serving to keep the salad fresh and crisp.

Enjoy your Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad as a wholesome meal that’s packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
