  • 1 Skillet Preferably non-stick for easy flipping
  • 1 Cookie cutter or Glass For making a hole in the bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Sourdough bread Thickly sliced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Avocado Sliced
  • to taste Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter Or oil, for frying
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Use a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass to make a hole in the center of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Place the bread slices in the skillet, crack an egg into the hole of each slice.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then cook until the egg is set to your liking, flipping once if desired.
  • Serve the egg-in-a-hole topped with sliced avocado and a drizzle of hot sauce.
