Steak and Eggs Recipe

If you’re craving a hearty and protein-packed meal, the classic Steak and Eggs recipe is the ideal choice. Juicy steak paired with perfectly cooked eggs makes for a delicious and satisfying meal, perfect for any time of the day. Whether you’re starting your day with a protein boost or enjoying a hearty dinner, this simple recipe never fails to impress.

Tips to Make the Perfect Steak and Eggs Recipe:

1. Choose Quality Steak: Select a good cut of steak like ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon for optimum flavor and tenderness. Make sure the steak is at room temperature before cooking for even cooking.

2. Season Well: Don’t skimp on the seasoning. A simple blend of salt, pepper, and garlic powder can elevate the taste of the steak. Season both sides liberally before cooking.

3. Use a Hot Pan: Ensure your skillet or grill is preheated to high heat. This will provide a nice sear, locking in the juices and flavor. Cook the steak to your preferred doneness—medium-rare is a popular choice.

4. Rest the Steak: Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes after cooking. This helps the juices redistribute, ensuring a juicy piece of meat. Cover it loosely with foil while resting.

5. Perfect Eggs: Cook the eggs as you like them—whether sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled. Use the steak drippings for extra flavor. For sunny side up, ensure the yolk remains runny for a delicious sauce over the steak.

6. Add Some Sides: Complement your steak and eggs with sides like roasted potatoes, avocado slices, or a fresh salad for a complete meal that’s as nutritious as it is delicious.
